picture usage

I have came across a picture i would like to use for my bisuness brand and logo it is a free image.. as i am new to this and im not sure what the rights are for using this image. are there any copyrights i should be aware of?

That said, I'll see if I can help. It's difficult to say what rules relate to your image without details of where you found it. If it was just from a web search, it is likely that it has copyright restrictions and you are not permitted to use it for commercial purposes. There are sites that have Creatice Commons licences for images that allow the free use of the content though may be for non-commercial purposes or as long as attribution is given.
