for some reason the latest export has issues with the fonts, i am not able to see the fonts. when i send the same document to my friend everything is alright. if i open the document with any other tool on my macbook (not from adobe) it works fine... what could be the issue?
my setup is:

Hi @pascal_6337

Thanks for reaching out.

As you know, the Pitch app is not our domain. So, to see whether the issue is related to the pitch app or Acrobat. Please help us with the file, a screenshot, or a video of what you see at your end.

Also, let us know the version of Acrobat installed: https://adobe.ly/3R92Dzt;

Ensure your copy of Acrobat is updated, to check for pending updates, launch Acrobat > Help > Check For Updates.

Hi Tariq

Thank you for your swift response. It’s all clear that pitch is not in your environment. But the fact that I can use the apple preview and see the file completed, as well as on my mobile phone and also in the webrowser seems the issue to be with the Adobe Acrobat… I have deinstalled it and downloaded the most current version… I have attached a screenshot from the adobe acrobat (without text), attached a screenshot from apple preview and the file itself…

Thanks for your help!
