we have about 1,600 staff licensed for adobe std/pro, i have one user who is having this issue and it is a job limiter as she needs to manipulate documents then send out.  windows 11, adobe v25.001.20643 and prior version.  i dont have older versions to test.  the PDF files are generated by a vendors automated system, they work for others on her team, when she opens pdf the company logo gets overly pixilated.  we have tried reinstall, rename the user reg key for adobe and renamaing the appdata\adobe  folders. if she uninstalls and reinstalls it works for a very short time.  she sent me the file and it dispalys pixelated in std & pro not reader or web broswers.  anyone know what file is responsible for rendering in adobe or ideas on how to resolve this??

Hi there

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out. We are sorry for the trouble you are experiencing.

The 25.001.20xx planned update of Adobe Acrobat is now available, which addresses some major bugs that were reported with the previous version. Please update the application from the  help menu > Check for updates and reboot the computer once and see if that works.

Let us know If you experience any trouble and need more help.
