Plan activation issues in Adobe Acrobat

Hello

I recently purchased with a supplier a license for the use of adobe reader Pro.however the mail I received is only confirmation of processed order and I only have details of:
-------------------------------

Customer Name:

VIP Plan Number:
Duration, etc.
-------------------------------
with which Adobe ID user is entered?
Should the provider provide me with the Adobe ID?
Also how active is the product?

With the VIP plan number I can activate it, how?

I would understand that when you log in with the Adobe ID you must automatically recognize the plan that is subscribed.

Waiting for your comments, thank you

I think you should reach out to your supplier.  They should do an onboarding session with you and teach you to navigate the admin console.

Hi @Jose30646875d0hq ,

Adobe Acrobat Reader DC is a free PDF viewer/ PDF Reader, and it is free to download and use; it does not require a subscription plan.

Adobe Acrobat Pro DC (a full PDF editor and file converter) requires a paid subscription plan.

Official Adobe Acrobat Pro DC software download can be accessed at:

Please be more specific about which version of Acrobat Pro are you referring to and who did you purchased the software from?

Or,

Are you referring to the Value Incentive Plan (VIP) or Adobe Acrobat | Enterprise Term License Agreement?

In which case, the VIP is for memebers who will receive discounts during term of a subscription plan when they purchase 10 or more licenses, while the Enterprise Term License Agreement supports bulk licensing to meet the licensing need in Enterprise environments
