Plan cancelled during trial but charged fee

Question

Hi

I cancel my trial with a day or two on 22nd Dec, I have an email confirmation but a charge appeared on my credit card on 29th Dec (just noticed).

Getting hold of someone at Adobe to help isn't easy....any advice?
