Please cancel my subscription!

Hello,

I have been trying to cancel my trial subscription for adobe acrobat for 2 months now and I keep getting charged and I cannot even use and access adobe even when being charged !!

When I tried to cancel the order, the plan does not even show ! And when I put my order number, it shows it does not exist but I keep getting charged .

Please fix this issue, I am considering otherwise to close definitely my account because I am charged for something I cannot even use  , the tutorial you provided to cancel the plan is not working at all with me and it is useless.

 

Please advise.
