Please help me, Internal error while loading pictures from pdf file in adobe acrobat DC

Hello,

 

I'm having one pdf file which contains some pictures. Picture format is jpeg. If i opens pdf file in browser pictures will display but in dc showing an error as internal error occured. Under preferences i checked show large size images after doing this blank image loaded rather than actual for more details please find attaachments. Please help me out in fixing this.

Why does it says "Attachment"?

 

Are you trying to preview attachments from An email client like Outlook?

 

 

What happens if instead of attaching a JPG you use a .PNG image file instead?
