Please Help - Text will not autosize to fit

My job involves filling out quite a few pre-created forms.  I am unable to fill in some boxes because the text won't fit and won't autosize to fit the box.  I understand that this can be controlled by whomever created the form, but I have an associate that is able to access the same exact form and be able to have their text auto fit.  Neither of us are using Acrobat Pro.  I am using Adobe Acrobat, but not Pro.  Please help, I'm losing my mind because I can't do something so basic and can't find any information anywhere on the internet that isn't related to Pro.

See attached.

I ran a script in the console that returned the following information:

Number of fields: 537

Number of text fields:  379

Number of text fields with size 0 (auto/shrink to fit) font:  37

The remainder of the text fields have a set font size to they won't shrink the text to fit.  Are you sure you are typing in the same fields as the one's that are shrinking for your coworker?

There shouldn't be any difference when entering text into the same form when using Adobe Reader, Acrobat Pro, or Acrobat Standard.  Are you accessing the form in a web browser?

I've tried both.  Both will limit the characters I can put in field without autosizing the text or wrapping.  This is why I am confounded.  How can she be able to do it, but I can't?

Are you able to upload the form here?
