Please refund

Question

I subscribed in May and canceled it right away, but the fee for May, June, and July continued to go out. I found out and went in to cancel it right away, but the cancellation fee of 52,800 won was withdrawn
As you can see, I have never used it before. Please give me a refund. I am in such a tight situation that I cannot live without the money. Please, 26,400 won. No. 3, 79,200 won, and 52,800 won in cancellation fees
Please refund a total of 132,000 won.

Hi there,

We hear you. If you try to cancel the plan yourself, you will be charged with a cancellation fee as you are cancelling before the contract get's over(1 year). I would suggest you to kindly get in touch with support for help. You may use this link: https://adobe.ly/3IBrDyB;
