You need to better explain what you mean. A zoom level is not a page-specific setting, but a document setting.

You can define the default zoom level used when the file is first opened (as described above), but not per-page.

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described you want to save the PDF in a certain zoom level.

 

Have you created this PDF file or have you got it from a different user? Initial view of the PDF is set by the Author of the PDF file. For more information, please check the help page https://acrobatusers.com/tutorials/it-possible-set-documents-initial-view/

 

If you want to view the PDFs at a certain zoom level on your Mac/PC you may try the following preference  setting and see if that helps. Go to Edit (Win), Adobe Acrobat (Mac) > Preferences > Page Display > Under default layout and zoom , change the zoom percentage as required.

Note: This setting will be applicable to all the PDFs on your computer only.
