Plugin blocking Acrobat launch

Hello,

For business purposes, I need to install a plugin provided by Afnor.

But since it was installed, Acrobat no longer launches.

To solve the problem, I had to delete the plugin.

Is there a solution to have this plugin installed and be able to open Acrobat?
