polygon, Cloud and connected lines are not active
I have Acrobat XI Pro and the polygon, Cloud and connected lines tools are are not active (gray) how can I use them?!

They will be available if you disable Touch Mode in Acrobat. There's a toolbar button that toggles it on/off as well as a user preference: Edit > Preferences > General > Basic Tools > Touch Mode
