Poor Customer Service

I cannot believe the poor customer service from Adobe.

I signed up for a 7 day trial of Adobe Pro DC. I cancelled this and have subsequently been charged for two months. I have noticed this today and they want to charge me £75 for cancelling. They are telling me I did not cancel it when I know for a fact that I did. I followed the link they sent me in an email to cancel.

Very unhappy indeed. Pandeep on the online chat service kept telling me that I did not cancel it and it's not their problem as the subscription is active.

If you have cancelled, you got a confirmation e-mail for the cancel. Use that mail to prove your case. If you have not cancelled, you should have contacted Adobe at the first charge. Waiting too long to complain may be problematic.

I dont want to prove anything and I'm not that interested in complaining.

What is your problem? Your statement is simply not giving you a solution.
