Poor Display Quality in DC

In Acrobat Reader DC:

In Acrobat Pro DC:

In Acrobat Reader XI:

In BlueBeam Revu:

Increasing custom resolution to 300 offers no improvement.  Preferences match in both versions.

Happens on multiple workstations/laptops.

The letters are part of a raster image in the original CAD document.

In Adobe Pro DC:

L is obstructed in road name.

Grey linework shows yellowish.

In Adobe Reader XI:

L is not obstructed.

Grey linework shows grey as intended.

Is this a bug in the DC product?
