Pop Up in the way when members try to fill form

I have created a fillable pdf via Webform to send to our members to submit their information. Form works great, however when they try to fill it on a phone, there is a popup from adobe that covers half of the form. The popup reads "Do not submit if you do not trust the requesting party or if you suspect phishing or fraudulent activity", and has a "Cancel" and "Submit" button. Each time the popup is dismissed, it returns when a new field is selected to fill. Is there a way to disable this popup? Or move it?

What you can do is edit your pdf and make at least one mandatory field or add a signature box at the end of the form. The "DO not submit" button won't pop up until these mandatory field/s is/are filled out! Hope this helps!
