Pop-up signature box for hand signing

Hello,

I have a form that is for my team in the field. It's for a safety meeting where several people attend. Each person will print their name and sign next to it. Currently, they are printing it out, filling the form out by hand, signing by hand and then scanning it in. The completed document is then sent to the home office.

I need a way for them to use an iPad to fill out the form. There is a way for them to click on a blank and a pop up window will appear so they can sign with their finger. Then they'll pass the iPad to the next person. I cannot figure out how to create a pop up signature box for them. From the research I've done, I feel like I'm missing a tool but I'm not sure how to get it.
