Portfolio printing issues

I've loaded 45 PDF documents into a portfolio. When I try print said portfolio, it only prints the first document but the rest all say successful. Normally you could watch them load, however now just the first document loads and the rest go straight to successful.

 

I have tried on multiple printers with the same result. Adobe is updated to the latest version. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled the application.

Please try the troubleshooting steps suggested in the following help document: https://adobe.ly/3KrMDsq

Try repairing the application installation. In Acrobat, go to Menu > Help > Repair Installation.

 

If the issue still happens, could you share more information? It would be helpful if you could share the screen recording.

Hey Meenakshi

 

Thank you for the response. I have followed all the troubleshooting steps without any change. Normal printing works fine. Only portfolio printing is not working correctly. 

I have done some more troubleshooting however. I have tried the same portfolio on another PC with the same latest version of Adobe as my PC and it too only prints the first document of the portfolio while leaving the rest.

BUT, I tried it on a PC that has an older version of Adobe and it prints correctly. So Im sure this is an issue with the latest version of Adobe.
