Portrait to Landscape

I have a file and I basically want to take it and change it so that the image shows as landscape instead of portrait.  I don't want to rotate the page because that'll put everything sideways, i want to change the actual page and stretch it to 11 and shorten it to 8.  Is there a way to do this in Adobe Acrobat Pro DC?

You can do it using the Scale Pages fixup in the Preflight tool.

You can use the crop/page size tool the change the dimensions of the page, but you'll have to manually move all the content. Depending on how complex your document is, that may be easy, or it may be quite complicated. Can you post a screenshot of your document?
