Hello, even though I paid for Acrobat through the Samsung Store, it still lists me as a free user and I can't use it even though I paid for it. 

I couldn't reach anyone. I hope someone from here can solve my problem.

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out. We are sorry for the trouble you are experiencing. 

 

I have checked the Adobe account linked with the Adobe ID you are using on this community and unable to find any active plan/subscription If you have used a different Adobe ID for the purchase of the subscription, please logout of the application and re-login with the correct ID an check.

Hello, thank you for your answer.

Unfortunately, my problem is still not solved.
 
I bought Acrobat from Samsung Store and my username is [P.I removed by Moderator] I paid the fee, the money was withdrawn from my account but it still shows free membership.
 
First, I contacted Samsung shop and they replied that the money has  been transferred directly to your account and they could not do anything and asked me to contact you. 
 
Below are the money withdrawn from my bank account, the sales email from Samsung, and Acrobat images.Maybe this will help you solve the problem and I can start using Acrobat, thanks.
