Postback issues when converting to .docx from PDF

Question

Has anyone experienced a constant page postback on acrobat.adobe.com when converting to a .docx file from PDF?

I have tried using multiple browsers and had our IT admin whitelisted URL's that the page is trying to use.

Anyone got any advice here?

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
