Pre-fill fields based on dropdown list choice (photos attached for further explanation)

I am trying to put my business' name and full address on two different lines.

Is it possible to choose and then automatically prefill these fields from a list?

ex: *chooses dealership 1 from dropdown list* - name and address of dealership one populates in fields highlighted in yellow in photo 1.
