Preflight Audit Trail

Hi,

My customer shared a sample PDF to follow the specification for their upcoming projects.

When i opened the PDF, "Preflight Audit Trail" was shown in the Standards panel. 

I am having Adobe Acrobat Xi, DC pro. For preflight purpose i am using Enfocus Pitstop Server 13. Can anyone suggest how to add this information in PDF.
