preflight does not fix a PDF/X-4 print file error free

Hello, I apologize for repeating this post since I didn't set it right; I am trying to save a PDF-X4 Print-ready; everything appears to be okay except for this error: Convert to PDF/X-4 (Coated FOGRA39)

PDF DOCUMENT IS NOT COMPLIANT WITH PDF/X-4

PDF/X-4 entry missing or incorrect

Trigger values

XMP User Defined: GTS_PDFXVersion:

I have no idea what this error refers to. I need to have this book published on a deadline. Anyone? Please help.
