Preflight funktioniert nicht seit Windows 11

Question

Unser Team wurde auf Windows 11 umgestellt. Wir nutzen Acrobat Pro um Schriften in Kurven umzuwandeln für Druckaufträge wo Kunden die Schriften nicht umgewandelt haben.

Dazu nutzen wir das Tool Prelight, Schriften in Kurven umwandeln.

Seit Windows 11 geht das Tool nicht mehr. Egal in welchen Einstellungen.

Ich würde gerne wissen wann das Problem behoben wird, in englischen Community Tools schreiben Menschen vom selben Problem. Leider aber bisher nur schweigen von Adobe zu diesem Thema.

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
