Preflight in Acrobat pro

I work for a company who makes a lot of communication material. As it is now I prepare a lot of print production, with programs such as Acrobat DC Pro.

We really want to make the workflow quicker and easier to oversee problems. So I started making a lot of preflight profiles. Those profiles should give me a lot of information about a pdf, such as size, orientation of all the pages, bleed and more. This all works fine.

Now the problems shows when I want to check a document which contains multiple pages on one pages. For example when you print an A5 page on SRA3, you step and repeat it 2x2. So you have four pages on one single SRA3 paper.

When doing this, I lose all information about Trim size, Art size and such things.

Is there a way of fixing this, or make it visible in Preflight.

We also work with different design programs, to make communication material. The problem is that that program doesn't have the function to give bleed to a document, so we have to place crop marks our self. Acrobat doesn't recognize those, and I guess there is no simple solution for this case. But it is always worth a try to ask!
