preflight library

hello

i have the latest version of Acrobat (and the whole CC). it's the first time in many years of using acrobat professionnally where the preflight library is empty.... evrything is empty. i've uninstalled and reinstalled but it's the same. if i go to import a library .... i cant find where the .kfp files might be....
