Preflight not working

Preflight panel is opening, but not showing anything. I've already tried to reinstall Acrobat and the security checkboxes. Please help. Thanks!

@marisela_mtbit by any chance did you a different 'profile' — I am using the 'Essentials,' and you are using 'Standard' 

 

A part of me thinks it may be a corrupted preferences file can cause all sorts of strange behavior. Resetting them could often resolve these issues.

Thanks for your reply! I need to use PDF Standards as I am checking the document for accessibility. But I believe I was able to resolve the issue, or at least make it work for now. I tried creating a new library with the Initial set of Profiles set to "Empty Library with Resources", then I chose PDF Standards and somehow it worked and populated what I needed. But I still have the doubt if it should be done that way.
