Preflight Profile "Prepress, Color, and Transparency" is missing

I've started using the Preflight tools again after not needing them for a bit and the options have left me confused. I used to be able to select the profile "Prepress, Color, and Transparency", click on the wrench, and under "Pages" use the "Scale Pages to Specific Size". Essentially following the steps in this Help instructions that were updated in May 2023.

Now, when I open Preflight the only profile available is "Essentials". I've search through all of the options and there is no option for "Scale Pages to Specific Size". Is there a way to import the missing profiles? From my searching it seems there should be three standard profiles: Essentials, PDF Standards, and the Prepress, Color, and Transparency.

I am using version (23.008.20470)

We found a workaround. A colleague who did have the standard profiles including PDF Standards and Prepress, Color, and Transparency, was able to find those profiles and email them to me. I was then able to import the profiles and use them.
