@blessing_2728 It sounds like your Adobe Acrobat subscription isn't being recognized by the application or extension, preventing you from accessing premium features. The most common fix for this is to ensure you're signed in to Acrobat (or the Creative Cloud desktop app) with the correct Adobe ID associated with your subscription. First, try signing out of Acrobat and then signing back in. If that doesn't work, you might need to "clear your cookies, history and cache" and re-log back into adobe.com
