I click the Prepare for Accessibility button, then I get the following error message: "Prepare for Accessibility is getting installed. Please wait to use this tool."

This message generally appears if you are using the tool for the first instance.

 

Acrobat dynamically installs the additional feature plugins, and it might take some time depending on the internet bandwidth.
