Preparing .pdf sewing patterns for a printing company. Which Adobe program can edit out one size?

Can you upload a sample page using the gray button below? I'll assume the patterns are vector format (paths, not an image), in this case, Illustrator would be your best bet. The different sizes may be in layers, in which case you could simply remove or hide the unwanted layers, if the sizes are in different colors, you could select a color, then use the "select same fill & stroke" tool, then delete the color or move it to a hidden layer (in Illustrator). If the patterns are in image format, Photoshop is your best bet.
