Pressing "Sign in" does nothing. Have paid for Acrobat DC and able to access the forums.

I have purchased Acrobat DC but when I press the Sign In button nothing happens. It doesn't reject the login or anything literally nothing happens the button just presses then nothing.

Windows 7 32-bit.

confirm your account is what you expect and your adobe id is correct, Adobe ID

then, if it is correct, sign out and then back in to your cc desktop application using the same adobe id used to pay for your subscription:  http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/sign-in-out-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html

I did this. I am 100% sure I am using the right Adobe ID and it is the one with the license to Acrobat Pro DC. I cannot "sign out" because I cannot sign in in the first place.

I can access my account in a browser but not the application.
