Preview is low-res on PRO and high-res on READER

Hi there,

We have had this problem for a while now... tried everything under preferences etc., without luck.

When we receive PDF's from a certain costumer, the preview on screen is low-resolution. See screen dump below.

The PDF is high-resolution from birth - is over 100 mb in size and workflow sees it as high-resolution. Only preview in Acrobat DC is low.

But if I open the same pdf in Acrobat Reader - it looks like this:

Guess it has something to do with OPI... but not sure.

Anyone have a answer?

I don't understand what you mean by "preview" unless you mean the normal screen display. Is that it? Maybe screen shots showing the files in context, with the Acrobat windows and controls?

Yes the normal screen display.

Bonus info is, that the PDF is made from ArtPro.
