Preview Pane is not showing document in Acrobat Pro DC.  My OS is Windows 10 and browser is Chrome.

Hi Jerryd,

We apologize for the delay in response to your query.

Were you trying to view the pdf online using google chrome web browser? Or you are referring to Adobe Acrobat DC desktop application?

Google chrome uses its own pdf viewer software, and we do not have hold on this.

You may check this- Display PDF in browser Adobe Acrobat, Acrobat Reader

And if you are referring to the desktop application, then you may check with other file and check the application's update whether its installed to the latest or not.  Acrobat>Help>Check For update.
