Previous View and Next View Buttons Greyed Out

Acrobat's Previous View and Next View page navigation buttons are grayed out and non functional for all PDFs. (Keyboard shortcuts don't work either.) I've tried re-installing the app, repairing the install, and resetting preferences--all to no avail.

    1. Begin by using the Acrobat Cleaner tool, which you can download from this link: Acrobat Cleaner Tool. This tool will help ensure a clean slate for the reinstallation process.

    2. After running the cleaner tool, go ahead and reboot your computer. This step is crucial to adequately clear any lingering files or settings.

    3. Finally, reinstall the application using the direct link: Adobe Acrobat DC Downloads. This should give you a fresh and stable installation.
