Print button is disabled in Adobe Acrobat when printing files secured by FileOpen plugin in MacOS Tahoe 26.6.2 and MacOS Golden Gate 27.0.1

Hello, Community members. I am new to this forum. I have been unable to print pdf files protected by FileOpen plugin since MacOS Tahoe 26.6.2 update. The print button is disabled (grayed out) but I can still print any other unsecured pdf documents. I couldn’t find any answers or topics on this problem in the community. Are any other Mac users having this kind of a problem? Does anybody know if Adobe is working on this bug, or is this a FileOpen issue? Thanks in advance.

Isn’t the purpose of FileOpen to add security? Is it your file or your company’s file?

Thank you for the reply. Yes, the purpose is to add security but not to disable printing. Print permission is enabled in the file and I used to be able to print them normally before the Tahoe 26.6.2 update. And the file is not mine, no, but, like I said, the publisher permitted printing.

FileOpen can restrict printing, so just to confirm, you actually double-checked this file?

Can you try the PDF on another system or can another user try it?
