Is it possible to print by bookmark? For example, if you have a binder of combined PDFs and want to print the entire binder but have each document in the binder recognized as a separate document (for stapling purposes, for example), can this be done?

It can be achieved using a script. Another way to do it is to split the file by (top-level) bookmarks, via Tools - Split Document, and then use an Action to print all of those individual files on their own.
