Hi,

Sometimes when I print word .docx to .pdf  some characters  corrupted! see title below: 

can you help me?

    Hope you are doing well, and thanks for reaching out.

     

    What are the steps you are doing to create the PDF from a Word document? Please try to make the PDF from the Acrobat ribbon present in the MS Word toolbar at the top and see if that works.

    Also, go to Preferences (Ctrl, Cmd +K) >Page Display > Rendering > Select 'Use Local Font' > Click OK and reboot the application and check.
