Print Comments on all pages not on separate page

Hi Guys,

In my use here we are able to print comments on their designated pages via Foxit Phantom PDF reader.

We cannot do the same in Adobe. How do we achieve this?

I want to be able to have all comments print on the pages they are specific to, not on a separate page.

Hi Jerdenm,

Firstly launch Acrobat/Reader, click on Edit>Preferences > Commenting, Check all three options under "Pop-up Open Behavior." Restart Reader.

Restart Reader. Open the file, click print, from print dialog under Drop-down "Comments & Forms" choose "Documents and Markups." Then print, let us know if that helps.

If you already have found a workaround/solution to this issue, please update this discussion with your findings. That surely will help other users.
