I've been trying to print using the custom scale but it won't  print the percentage size desire. I've tried from different computers thinking that maybe I press something wrong but I keep encountering the same problem. It used to let me do it without an issue so I wonder what happened

Hi there

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out. We are sorry for the trouble you are experiencing.

I understand how frustrating that must be. If the custom scale option isn’t working as expected, here are a few things you can try:

1. Check the Page Setup: In the Print dialog, make sure “Fit” or “Shrink oversized pages” isn’t selected. Only “Custom Scale” should be checked when you enter your percentage.

2. Printer Settings: Some printers have their own scaling or “fit to page” options that can override Acrobat/Reader settings. Double-check your printer properties to ensure scaling is disabled there.

3. Update the App: If this worked before and recently stopped, it may be related to an update. Try updating to the latest version 25.01.20645 of Acrobat/Reader. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.

4. Test with a Different File: Sometimes specific PDFs have restrictions or unusual page sizes that affect scaling. Try with a simple document to see if the issue persists.

Also please check the help page (https://adobe.ly/47nDWZH) and see if that works.
