Print issues from Internet explorer 11

Version :
We are using following EBS version.

Issue :
When user want to view reports (Standard or Customize) it's open PDF File on Internet explorer 11 , we use "Adobe Acrobat 9 Standard" License version , when user want to take PRINT directly from browser it do nothing , so we just save PDF on local drive and then take print.
Question :
1. Is there any recommendation for view output ? any PDF ?
2. When Adobe Reader 11 and Adobe Acrobat 9 Standard installed on same it give error and PDF is not generated.
