Print Just Bookmarks or Create a Bookmark Report

Previously there use to be a plugin called reate Bookmark Report, but it is no longer compatible with the current version of Adobe Acrobat Pro. In the legal field we use bookmarks a lot and it would be very beneficial to be able to print out a bookmark report to submit to the court, instead of thousands of bates-stamped pages. Any suggestions?
