Print multiple pages as one, cutting off bleed areas?

How do I print a 100-page pdf as 12 pages per A4 sheet? Important: I will need to omit most or all of the bleed areas so that the images are abutted at the crop lines, to save (specialist) paper, print costs and cutting time. Can I do this during printing from Adobe Reader or do I need to use other software?

Yes, you can print multiple pages on one A4 sheet. When you give "Print" command to print a multiple pages document, you get the option to select "Multiple" under "Page Sizing & Handling"

Accordingly you can Customize pages per sheet.
