Hi!

I have an issue when I print PDF with Acrobat Pro.

When I print on File > Print, the printing windows appears. But I'm unable to print when I click on "print". Nothing happens,

no message, it seems to work but it's not the case.

For some reasons, I have to click on "printer", a second window appears and from there, I have to click on "print". After that, the second window disappear and

I have to come back to the first window and then, click on "print" again and now it's working.

Is it normal that I have to do that? Is it an issue? Do you know this issue?

Thank you for your help.

I can’t help with this, because I do not have a MacOS computer. So just a tipp: it may help people if the get information on Acrobat and the version you’re using, the exact OS version and the printer you have connected.

This is not normal. What kind of printer do you have? Which version of Acrobat and macOS are you running? The first thing I would do is to check if there is an update for the printer driver available from the printer manufacturer.

I have a SHARP MX5070N.

I compared 2 different computer on the same printer.

The first one is a iMac 20 inches mid 2007 on El Capitan 10.11.6

Acrobat Pro version: Up-to-date 11.0.23

And it's WORKING.

The second one is a Macbook Air A1466 on High Sierra 10.13.3

Acrobat Pro version: Up-to-date 11.0.23

And it's NOT WORKING.

And I have the same problem on others imac with El Capitan. It's not isolated.

Th printer need a user authentification (code) and the code is good.
