Print pdf with sticky note comments visible

I tried all those steps. Unfortunately, this only helps if there's only one sticky note per page. There does not seem to be a way to get all the sticky notes on a page to stay open at once. This issue has been brought up on the forum several times and there has been no resolution to that problem. There doesn't seem to be a way to print out all sticky notes on a page - only one at a time. In one forum answer, it said that the paid upgrade was required. I paid and it still isn't working.
