Print preview and printed pages are blank

Question

I am using Adobe Acrobat Reader version 2023.001.20174 64 bit on Windows 10 with latest update installed. Whenever I try to print, the print preview is blank, and if I print, only blank pages are printed. This occurs regardless of the printer I send the print job to, and with any PDF file. I have tried "printing as image" and this does not solve the problem. Please help!

Have you started experiencing this issue after installing the latest version?

If yes, then try the following troubleshooting steps and let us know if that helps-

Try to print as image https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/quick-fix-print-pdf-image.html
Navigate to Reader>Edit>Preferences>Security (Enhanced)>disable "Enhanced Security">OK>Reboot Reader
Note: these changes are only for testing purposes. Once tested, please change it back to the previous setting.
