Print preview for PDF files doesn't work

Hi there,

I don't have Acrobat on my laptop, so when I open a pdf file, it opens in my web browser (either Chrome or Microsoft Edge).  All of a sudden starting yesterday, once I open the pdf in the browser and go to print it, the preview doesn't load.  The wheel  just keeps spinning and spinning, so I'm not able to print the file.  I have the same problem with both browsers.  Can anyone help me with this?  I've tried restarting the laptop, but that didn't work.  I have Windows 11.
