Print preview page size

I am trying to print a document that I need printed on a 24x18 page size, in the page setup and in the printer properties the size is correct, but above the preview the page size is showing 2.4 inches x 1.8 inches. I can not find what is causing this or how to change it, this set up was working fine before.

All settings in both places are the same as coworkers that are all printing on correct page size. As I said the these printer properties work fine in other programs.

Which version of Acrobat are you using, and on what operating system? Also, what printer? Does the printer support 24x18 natively, or did you have to define a custom paper size? And lastly, what did change on your computer between the time it last worked correctly, and the first time it did not work? (Operating System upgrade, Acrobat update, new printer driver, ...)

Adobe Acrobat Reader DC, latest version. Windows 10, The printer is a KIP 7170 and it does support the page size, also if I try to print say a 24x36 the preview says 2.4x3.6 so it's not just the one page size. If I try to print from Auto CAD either page size works.

The only thing I know that I did was using the measuring tool in Adobe, I did try to use the "Change scale ratio and precision" (which is probably the problem) but it didn't seem as if anything changed as far as measuring.

Thanks

Just wanted to show what I was talking about, and what happens is I get a tiny image printed on a 24x18 sheet. Also I uninstalled then reinstalled to it does the same thing.
