Print Production > Flattener Preview > Editable forms not flattening on one page only

Hi There,
Does anyone know why one page of my page will not flatten properly? I have tried removing the fields and re-adding, removing the page completely and reading, but always that one page (page 4) will not flatten the editable fields. I have many other documents where this is not a problem. But on one group, this is an issue. Any help is appreciated!

That's not what the Flattener is for. It might do it by accident as a side effect but its ONLY job is to flatten transparency. You've been very lucky if it seems to do what you want.

Any suggestions on how I can accomplish what I'm looking to do?
I'm not sure what flatten transparency even means...
