print size default

Whenever i try and print or share a PDF or excel spreadsheet it defaults the size down to 18%, hors of reading online has got me no closer to an answer. this issue appeared randomly after working flawlesly forever, any thoughts?

I am using adobe acrobat, i belive the default settings are causing it
